InsuranceOnly, Inc. has made the new "MyAssistant" service available to its Independent Marketing Organization called Only Financial Group. The announcement was made by Patrick Wedeking, CEO of InsuranceOnly, Inc. Only Financial Group maintains a national network of member agencies and provides a full range of sales and support services including the generation and distribution of targeted leads, access to a proprietary state-of-the-art lead management system called LeadBoss and a host of other tools and other agency support resources. "MyAssistant" is a new service developed jointly by iPipeline and EMSI that significantly shortens and improves the application process for new term life insurance policies.

By using the "My Assistant", for a small transaction fee, agents can submit new application information online to the "MyAssistant" call center. "MyAssistant" personnel will then input the information into policy applications, contact the customer as an assistant to the initiating agent to schedule medical exams and send the application to the medical technician performing the exam. Following the exam, the medical technician will coordinate application signature, and return the executed form to the call center with all medical results. Transmission and delivery of all items is then made to the underwriting company.

"With 'MyAssistant' sales agents are able to significantly reduce the considerable administrative time necessary to complete applications which allows them to dedicate the more time to closing new business," said Wedeking. "The system also significantly reduces the time period between the sale of the new term policy and delivery of the policy documents to the customer." Members of the Only Financial Network have already been input into the "MyAssistant" system to allow members instant access the service.
